The Mission of the Eugene Springfield Solidarity Network (ESSN) is to bring together Unions, Student Groups, Faith Groups, Grassroots Organizations, as well as individual activist and organizers to working together in solidarity to support each other and to fight for the rights of all workers, especially the right to a good job, a decent standard of living, and the Right to Organize.

The Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the organization’s mission, ensuring that its programs and activities stay aligned with its mission and core values of Solidarity, Diversity, and Respect.

The Board holds a monthly hybrid meeting both in person and on zoom. Board Meetings are open to network members and the public.
