The purpose of the Network Calendar is to provide a place for network members to post actions and events in the hopes of preventing scheduling conflicts and helping network members and allies to turn out in solidarity for each other. Eugene City Council Meetings

City Council Meetings are typically held on the following days and times:

• 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall (Hybrid)
• Members of the public can attend in person, watch the live stream or listen in using Zoom or phone options by following the instructions listed in the meeting tabs above on the day of the meeting.
• Typically includes an opportunity for in-person public comment. Members of the public may sign up to speak on any topic not scheduled for a public hearing at the same meeting.
• Individuals may sign up to provide in-person public comment by completing the Request to Speak form on the day of the meeting.

Springfield City Council

Not sure what the deal is with Springfield City Council, I we don’t see a regualar schudle lised on thier wiebsite but you can see up coming meetings at this Link Springfield City Council Meetings.

Lane County Commissioners Meeting

The Lane County Board of Commissioners regular, or usual, meeting dates are Tuesday and Wednesday. A “regular meeting” is a meeting where the board handles the usual day to day business of the county. Sometimes there is not a regular meeting because the week is what is referred to as a “down week”.

Board of Commissioner meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. in Harris Hall unless otherwise noted.  Doors to Harris Hall open at 8:45 a.m.  If you wish to participate in public comment in person, please make sure to sign up on the sign in sheet located by the entry door.  Speakers will be taken in the order they sign up.

Eugene 4J School District Meetings

When: The Eugene School Board usually meets in regular public sessions on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6 p.m. This schedule sometimes varies, and additional meetings and work sessions are scheduled as necessary. Recent and upcoming meetings are listed in the drop down menu below.

Where: Meetings are held at the 4J Education Center, 200 North Monroe St. in Eugene, and online via Zoom.
