We are seeing unprecedented attacks on workers’ rights, and it is just a matter of time before those in power decide that unions are unconstitutional and that workers no longer have the right to organize. It is time we push the state legislature to ensure that Oregon has laws in place to protect workers when this happens.

It is time for an Oregon Constitutional Amendment establishing a Workers Bill of Rights and the creation of a state authority to enforce those rights. This forum will be a discussion on what this might look like and where we need to start to get this done.
